No Phoenicia Rising challenge will ever ask you to do anything illegal, unsafe or harmful to anyone, including yourself, other people, animals or the environment. Challenges are acts of ocean stewardship. If something presented as a challenge seems to ask for anything else, it didn't come from us. Don't do it, and tell us.
You take part voluntarily and you're responsible for your own conduct, safety and choices throughout the hunt. That means, among other things:
To the extent the law allows, you agree that Phoenicia Rising, its organizers and volunteers are not liable for any injury, loss or damage that results from your own conduct while taking part.
You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian who accepts this waiver on your behalf.
All who hunt in good faith will be rewarded, but only one will win the actual treasure. The first correct, verified answer wins, and the organizers have the final say.
